Tucked into a cozy corner, this little coffee window is full of charm and warmth—both in the drinks and in the people. The owner, Michelle, is the heart of the place. She greets you like an old friend, shares local travel tips, and somehow remembers your order if you come back the next day (which you probably will).
The coffee is excellent, and made with care. Beans are sourced from a trusted local roaster, and if you’re into drip, espresso, or something a little sweeter, you’re in for a treat. Michelle even makes her own syrups (try the lavender caramel or coconut caramel—both are amazing). Prices are fair, and the quality is better than what you’ll find at most bigger-name cafes.
It’s not a sit-down café—it’s a walk-up window—but that just adds to its charm. If you’re lucky, she’ll send you off with a free sticker and a smile. Whether you're passing through or a regular in town, Oak Street Coffee is worth the detour.
