We're looking for a driven Account Executive to help expand our mission of empowering local restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you'll be the bridge between innovative local restaurants and our game-changing technology. You'll work directly with restaurant owners and managers to understand their unique challenges and craft solutions that drive their business forward. This is a remote position that combines the flexibility of working from home with the excitement of building relationships with restaurateurs across the US.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close, combining virtual and in-person interactions to build lasting partnerships
  • Develop and manage your own book of business through strategic pipeline management and proactive outreach
  • Consult with restaurant owners to understand their business goals and demonstrate how Per Diem's platform can help achieve them
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solution effectively
  • Customize solutions and overcome objections by deeply understanding each client's unique needs
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Your Background

  • Track record of sales success, with 18+ months of outbound sales experience and/or a Bachelor's degree
  • Natural relationship builder with outstanding listening and communication skills
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in a remote environment
  • Experience with restaurant technology (POS, reservations, waitlist systems) is a plus
  • Proficiency with sales CRM systems and general business technology
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
